What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit Cards

The vast majority of our clients choose to pay via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover/Novus, JCB, and derivatives of those brands. Credit card is the simplest and fastest form of payment, and is secured using industry-strength 128-bit encryption to keep your data safe.

Australian Money Orders

Alternatively our Australian clients may choose to send us an Australian money order to the following address:

To send us an Australian money as payment do the following:

• Order your hosting account as you would normally with a credit card, except when asked for your credit card details don't pay
• Contact us to inform us that this is the method you would like to use for payment.
• We will let you know via email the final total for your order.
• Go past any Australia Post branch and get the money order. This costs around $2.50 Australian and is very easy to do
• Send the money order, and once it is received we will activate your hosting account in the next 24 hours and send you an email with setup instructions.

Direct Bank Payments and Electronic Wire Transfers

Cherry Web Hosting does accept direct payments. Australian clients can pay for their hosting account directly through their bank's website using the account information below.

Electronic wire transfers from international banks are also excepted at no additional charge, however most banks do place a fee on this service. The bank service fee can be as high as US$25, but it depends on your bank.

Once confirmation of your account payment has been received, all accounts will be setup within 24 hours. In most cases the setup time is even less. If you need your account more quickly please contact us with your domain name and receipt number.
