To use your web-based file manager, first go into your control panel and click on the "Access" link. The details to login to your cPanel control panel can be found in the setup email that we send when you first purchase on of our packages.
Upon logging in you will see the screen below. Click "Access Menu".

Displayed below is the first view of your file manager. When you first login you are in the "root" directory. For the security of your files, only files that are placed in the "public_html" directory can be seen by the public. To upload your site so people can view it we need to click the "public_html" icon to go into that directory.

Now that you are in the public_html directory, anything you upload here is accessible by typing http://www.yourdomainname.com/????? where ????? is your file name.
As the standard file returned when people type your domain name into their browsers is the "index.html" file, we need to upload that first page here.
To upload the file click the "Upload File(s)" link.

This screen allows you to specify which files you would like to upload to your webspace. We need to click the "Browse" button and select our index.html file. The location of our index.html file appears in the textbox next to the button.
Because there is already a file called "index.html" in the webspace (this is the "holding" page) we need to place a tick in the box labelled "Overwrite existing files".
Finally click the "Upload" button to start transferring your file to your webspace.

Now simply go to your domain name and you will see the file you uploaded.
