Can I transfer a SSL certificate to you? How?

To get an SSL certificate installed you need to contact us with a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) with the information included below.

• The domain the certificate is for. This can be either www.yourdomain.com or yourdomain.com but not both.
• Your company name. Make sure the spelling is identical master business license/documentation.
• Dedicated IP Address. If you do not have one we will set one for you.
• City
• State
• Country (2 letter abbreviation)
• Password (not the password for your hosting account but a new one for your certificate)
• Company Division (e.g. online sales)
• Email Address

Because the information above pertains to your business information, it is vital that you provide the correct information or your certificate will not be issued.
