What if my site breaks your TOS and AUP rules?

Depending on the how serious the breach is we may do a number of things:

• Send you an email reminder of our TOS and AUP and ask you to remove the offending material yourself
• Remove any offending material from your site. Naturally, everything we remove would be saved and returned to you via email
• Temporarily suspend your hosting account pending communication with you about the problem
• Permanently remove your hosting account.

The action we will take will be appropriate to the breach. We are a fair company, and place trust in you to publish appropriate material. We will not remove your account for what we feel is accidental misuse.

Please note that SPAM, serialz, pornography, and warez, are all breaches that you would have your account instantly removed for.
