How long does the setting up of my hosting take? What settings do I get?

Please allow 24 hours from the moment you receive your payment receipt, to receive your setup email.

Your setup email will be similar to the following:

Congratulations! Hosting of your domain name, example.com, on our powerful Linux Servers is completed. The following is your account information.

Domain Name : example.com
Username: jamesco
Password: dr55ynu

Please save this e-mail for future reference, it contains very important information about your account.

>> How do I connect my domain name to my hosting?
To connect your domain name to our hosting accounts you need to set DNS settings with your domain registrar. This is sometimes called delegation.

To set your DNS settings, firstly you need to go to your domain name registrar (where you bought your domain) and login. Once you are logged in you need to find the relevant place to enter your DNS / Nameserver details into. Once you have entered the nameserver details your site will appear when you type it into your browser in about 24 - 48 hours.

Most registrars are very helpful if you are having difficulty entering your DNS settings, and if you are struggling feel free to send them an email. They may even set them for you if you include the nameserver details below.

You may upload web site content using FTP (IP number) and can also use Control Panel while you are waiting for DNS to be correct.
