How long will it take if I need to retrieve a backup?

It takes up to a day to restore a backup copy of your files to your webspace. There is a fee of US$25 in this extremely rare occurrence.

Cherry Web Hosting does not guarantee the availability of a backup, and we do insist that you store backup copies of your site yourself on different computers or hosts.
