Does your TOS and AUP apply to my clients?

Yes. It is your responsibility to ensure that your clients act in a manner that reflects the standards of our hosting.

Resellers will not have their whole reseller account cancelled because of one rogue client, but they will be expected to terminate serious offenders.

Both companies and resellers of our web hosting can use our TOS and AUP or a modified version of it, for their own use.
