Is my hosting account renewed at the end of the year automatically?

No. Because we use an established third-party payment processing company, we don't even have your credit card details on record.

When your hosting account is about to require renewal we will send you a reminder email to let you know it is due, with a link to a renewal form.

Naturally even if you renew prior to the renewal date, your renewal counts from the day your hosting is due. If you do not pay after the first email, we will send a second reminder email closer to the actual renewal date.

This is one reason it is vital that you keep checking the email account you created your hosting with originally, or let us know if you have a new email address.

If you fail to renew your hosting on time, there is a risk that your data will be deleted from your webspace if your account is terminated. Naturally, if you choose not to renew you may simply ignore the renewal notices.
