Can I download raw logs for use with my own statistics program? How?

Yes. Your raw access logs are available to download in the compressed tar.gz format. This enables you to use your own statistics package of choice if you would prefer not to use the AWStats or Webalizer packages we provide as standard.

To download your raw logs, first go into the control panel and click on the "Access" link. The setup details to login to your cPanel control panel can be found in the setup email that we send when you first purchase on of our packages.

Just below the top of the Access menu is the "Raw Access Logs" link. Click the link and you will be presented with a "Save As.." box to choose where you would like to save the log. You may then open the log in WinZip or another decompression software program.
