Please understand that we operate on wafer-thin margins to offer you the best deal, and as such cannot offer phone support. Our network operations technicians spend the vast majority of their time monitoring your servers for performance, and make time approximately every six hours to answer any emails. To have them available 24/7 is unrealistic for plans that cost as little as $3.50 a month.

In exceptional circumstances we do phone clients to discuss their hosting problems, but not before we discuss the situation via email first.
