Do you offer phone support?

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer phone support to web hosting clients.

The reason for this not being feasible is that our network operations technicians are focused on both monitoring and maintaining your hosting service, and answer support requests during quiet periods every few hours. To offer instant support via phone is not an viable alternative considering the discount price of our hosting.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances we are willing to contact you via phone, but only after discussing the problem via email first.
