Our site needs to email newsletters to our clients. Is this ok?

Sending out newsletters and information to clients is perfectly fine as long as they have requested it.

We even provide (for some plans) a mailing list in our cPanel Control Panel to help you do exactly this.

Be aware however, that if you send bulk-email to people who did not request it (ie. SPAM) then you risk having your account terminated under our terms, conditions, and acceptable use policy.
