How long does it take for me to get my money back if I want to cancel?

Cancelling your order within the first 12 days entitles you to a full refund for most accounts. Our reseller package setup fee is the only thing non-refundable.

If you are considering cancelling please make sure it is not just because of a simple problem that our EasySupport helpdesk could solve for you easily.

To cancel your account simply send us an email with the following information.

  • The domain name of your site
  • Your username
  • Your 2Checkout.com sales receipt number
  • The name of the person who had their credit card used for ordering
  • The reason you were unsatisfied with our service

We have no hard feelings towards anyone that would like to cancel. We would prefer that all of our clients are happy with our service, and feel positive towards us.
