Do you have much downtime?

No. We strive to have our servers up 100% of the time, but in the unfortunate but unavoidable event of a hardware failure or similar it is not always possible.

Our uptime across all servers for the past six months has exceeded 99.95%. That's only one minute of downtime, every 2000 minutes.

We promise you we will do whatever possible to ensure the highest levels of uptime and reliability we can.

The very rare server outages that occur are either of the following reasons:

• maintenance related. These are usually hardware issues and quick to fix
• completely out of our control due to a problem with our upstream provider

Our aim is to achieve an uptime at least in excess of 99.9% and resolve any issues in the quickest time possible.

We have monitoring tools in place to alert technicians the minute any single server becomes unavailable, no matter what the reason.
