Is there a money back guarantee if I am not completely happy?

All of our plans come with a 100% money back guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with all aspects of our hosting, we will cancel your account and refund your payment in full.

All we ask is that you try our services and judge them for yourself. If in the first 30 days after you receive your hosting account you would like to cancel your account, simply do the following:

1. Send us an email with your domain name, hosting receipt number, and the reason you are unsatisfied with our service
2. In the following 24 hours your credit card will be refunded in full

We are pleased to mention that less than 1% of people cancel their service with us. Why would they when our hosting lives up to, or more often exceeds, their original expectations?
