Frontpage does not appear to be working on my new account. What could be going wrong?
When people test their hosting account with Frontpage Extensions without their domain name being resolved fully, they receive the following error page:
FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.
This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.
The reason is that Frontpage extensions will only work with working domain names. Using Frontpage with only an IP address will not work. When DNS does resolve everything will work as expected.
