What are your Primary and Secondary DNS numbers (nameserver addresses)?
The Primary and Secondary nameservers are different depending on the server your account happens to be setup on.
In general the two smallest web hosting plans, our Starter 25MB plan and Professional 200MB plan, are hosted on servers with these nameservers:
- Primary Nameserver Address: 147.202.32.16
- Primary Nameserver Name: dns6.correctdns.com
- Secondary Nameserver Address: 147.202.32.17
- Secondary Nameserver Name: dns7.correctdns.com
In general the other two larger web hosting plans are hosted on servers with these nameservers:
- Primary Nameserver Address: 66.220.25.27
- Primary Nameserver Name: dns3.correctdns.com
- Secondary Nameserver Address: 66.220.25.28
- Secondary Nameserver Name: dns6.correctdns.com
These nameserver addresses are only published here as a guide. If you would like to know for sure which nameserver addresses your account will have then email us with the plan you would like. Alternatively just order and then check on your hosting setup information email which nameservers to use.
