What backups do you do of my site?

We do weekly backups of your data to an offsite FTP server, however this does not guarantee the safety of your data.

We strongly encourage all of our customers to do their own backups on their home computers or another server. This ensures you have ready access to your data in the unlikely event we should have multiple hardware failures.

Though we do not expect anything like this to occur, we want you to be prepared in the event that it does.

The backup we take includes everything we need to reset the server and accounts in an unforeseen situation.
